Roasted Broccoli and Parmesan
You will absolutely love this simple and delicious roasted broccoli and parmesan recipe. This recipe came about in desperation of a quick but healthy side dish.
After tweeking and trailing I finally created a healthy, easy side dish we all love. All you need is some spices, broccoli and parmesan and you are good to go!

What You Need

Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp salt: I’m a big fan of using sea salt for its delicious taste and minerals.
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp shredded or shaved parmesan cheese
Supplies
- Baking tray: You will want a small to medium size non stick baking tray for this recipe. Or a tray with baking paper on it.
- Measuring spoons: I love my stainless steel measuring cups and spoons!
How to Make Roasted Broccoli (Step by Step)

- Preheat oven to 180c/ 355f.
- Cut broccoli into 1–2-inch pieces.
- Add broccoli onto your prepared tray.
- Add spices and oil and mix until well combined.

5. Add shredded parmesan on top and then place in the oven to cook for about 8-10 minutes.
6. Take it out of the oven and serve with your main meal.
How to Store Roasted Broccoli
Once your roasted broccoli has cooled you can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days. I like to either reheat in the oven with a little oil, or in a pan with a bit of butter.
