What You Need?

Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour: I had whole oats which I blended with a coffee grinder until it was fine!
- 1/3 cup honey: I use honey but I’m sure maple syrup would be so delicious too!
- 1/3 cup butter: Use melted butter. I do not use plant-based butters only real butter for the amazing taste and health benefits.
- 1 tsp salt: I personally use sea salt for the mineral content and taste but use whatever salt you like.
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder: Adds a lovely taste.
- 1 tsp black strap molasses: It’s healthy, full of minerals and adds a really nice flavour! Don’t skip this if possible!
Supplies
- Coffee grinder: Only if you don’t have oat flour so you can blend your whole oats into flour. They are cheap to buy and come in so handy for many different things.
- Measuring cups and spoons: I like stainless steel as they last and the numbers don’t smear off.
- Bowl: For mixing all your ingredients into.
- Pie pan or cake pan: To make your crust in.
