Fluffy Omelette Recipe
A simple flavourful fluffy omelette recipe you will keep coming back to. This recipe is easy and gives you a light, melt in your mouth omelette.

Omelette Tips

- Make sure your pan is preheated and on low to medium heat. You don’t want it on high or the bottom can burn and make it hard to flip.
- I like to cover my pan with a lid for about 2 minutes so the top of the omelette starts to cook a little on top. Your omelette will also cook faster this way.
- Make sure to whip the eggs and the cream well together for a nice fluffy airy omelette.
- Use a silicone spatula, as it helps to reduce tearing!

- 2 medium to large eggs
- 1 tbsp cream
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
- Slice of deli meat (optional)
- Slice of Cheese (2 tbsp shredded cheese)

- 1 small pan with a lid: I love my cast iron pan!
- Silicone spatula: (Optional but helps reduce tearing of omelette.
How To Make A Fluffy Omelette

- Preheat your pan with butter or oil on low to medium heat.
- Whisk together eggs, cream and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the small pan and cover with a lid for about 2-3 minutes.
- You want the omelette to be partially cooked but not fully.
- Add whatever toppings you like, slice of deli meat, cheese or precooked vegetables.

6. Fold the omelette carefully in half using your silicone spatula and cover the pan again with the lid for another 2 minutes.
7. Remove from the pan.
8. Top with a little salt and pepper and enjoy!
