- Use frozen banana and mangoes. Makes it really cold and creamy when it’s frozen.

- If you haven’t started adding just a little cream to your smoothies you are going to want to start. It makes the smoothie so creamy and smooth; you’ll never go back!

Blender: You will need a blender or food processor to mix everything together.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas: I like to use frozen as it makes the smoothie extra creamy.
1 cup mangoes: Once again I prefer frozen they are cheaper and then I always have it on hand.
3 cups milk: you can use any milk but I always have milk kefir on hand it’s thicker, creamier and filled with probiotics.
1 cup cream: This makes it absolutely amazing!
2 tbsp honey: Any natural sweetener will do.
1 tap vanilla: just gives it a lovely extra taste.
How to Make Mango Smoothie Step by Step

- Pour all your ingredients into a blender.
- Blend all the ingredients until the smoothie is nice and smooth.
- Pour into cups and serve, or keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
Variations
- For added protein add protein powder or even collagen powder.
- Add greens or green powder for added veggies and nutrients.
- Pour on top of muesli for a creamy breakfast option.
- Turn it into a fruit bowl! Add the thick smoothie into a bowl and top with berries!
- If it’s too thick just add more milk to it to thin it out.
