What You Need to Make This Recipe

3 cups oats: I personally prefer quick oats over whole oats because of the consistency.
3/4 honey. You can also use maple syrup!
1/2 cup peanut butter. Any nutter butter will do though.
1/4 cup cacao powder: This is different to cocoa powder its bitter less processed chocolate powder with no sweetener added to it already.
2 tbsp butter: Use room temperature butter or even homemade spreadable butter.
1 tsp vanilla essence: Not necessary but adds extra flavour.
Pinch of sea salt: You can use Himalayan salt as well. Adds extra minerals and salt always adds an extra bit of flavour.

How to Store Homemade Bliss Balls
You can store your homemade bliss balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
You can also freeze your bliss balls. I would first freeze them on a tray, so they hold their shape and don’t stick to each other. Then place the frozen balls in ziploc freezer bags.
They can last about 3 months in the freezer. Let them thaw either at room temperature or in the fridge before biting into them!
