Ingredients

Cream Cheese: To make creamy chocolate popsicles you will definitely want to add cream cheese! It’s filling, creamy and taste so luxurious!

Cream: You need cream or milk in order to mix the ingredients together.

Sweetener: I use a mixture of raw sugar and maple syrup. It gives these popsicles a lovely, sweet taste but not too sweet either.

Dark Chocolate: You will be melting dark chocolate; You can use chocolate chips, dark chocolate buttons or dark cooking chocolate. I prefer dark chocolate as it has a stronger taste thank milk chocolate and is healthier.

Vanilla: Vanilla always adds a beautiful depth of flavour.

Peppermint oil or flavouring: I use a pure peppermint oil and don’t mind adding it into my desserts. Only a couple drops are needed.

Supplies

Double boiler: To melt the dark chocolate

Popsicle moulds: Silicone ones are best as it’s easier to remove your popsicles without them breaking this way.

Bowls: For mixing your ingredients into.
