  • 3/4 cup cacao powder: Not the same as cocoa powder it’s pure chocolate no added sugar.
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup sugar: I use rapadura sugar which is similar to brown sugar, but any sugar will do.
  • 1 cup peanut butter: I use smooth, but you can use crunchy if you want the extra texture.
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt

Peanut butter fudge

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Supplies

Pot: For heating the ingredients in.

Tray or baking dish: To allow your fudge to harden in.

Whisk: For mixing all the ingredients together.

How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge (Step by Step)

  1. In a pot add the sugar, cacao powder, coconut oil, peanut butter, vanilla, sea salt and honey. I mix together until well combined and mixture is warm to make sure the sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour into a tray and place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  3. 5 minutes before your chocolate mix is ready pour the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix until everything is well incorporated.

4. Add this peanut butter layer on top of your chocolate fudge layer. Read notes below for some ideas.

5. Place in the freezer for another half an hour to harden.

6. Take it out of the freezer and cut into bite size pieces and enjoy.

7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge!
