Ingredients Needed

1 kg beef: You can use beef strips, beef cubes or a cheaper cut of beef that you slice yourself.
4 potatoes peeled and diced
2 large carrots peeled and diced
1 onion chopped
1/4 cup coriander chopped
1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Moroccan spice
1/4 cup tapioca flour
How To Make Slow Cooked Moroccan Beef

- Pre chop vegetables and place steak pieces, vegetables, spices and coriander into a slow cooker.
- Stir well so everything is coated in spices.
- Cook on high for 4.5 hours.
- Half an hour before Moroccan beef is ready add tapioca flour and stir well so it thickens.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve as is or with a bed of rice.

You can use leftovers in several different ways.
- Serve with a bed of rice or on top of a salad.
- Add this mixture into a wrap.
- Add Moroccan beef into a quiche or frittata.
- Use the Moroccan beef inside a pie!
How To Store
Allow to completely cool first before storing in an airtight container. You can place in the fridge will last 3-5 days.
Or you can store leftovers in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you want it to defrost simply place in the fridge the night before or let it defrost at room temperature before heating it up on the stove top.
