- Homemade bone broth really adds so much extra flavour compared to store bought but use what you have!
- Add your favourite hamburger toppings when serving. Add sour cream, crispy bacon bits, avocado, your favourite cheeses ect!
- While not necessary you can add extra flavour to your meat by first precooking it with spices and then throwing it in the slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients.

Hamburger Soup Ingredients
2lbs (1kg) Mince (ground beef)
4 cups Chicken bone broth: You can use homemade bone broth or store bought. Homemade is so much better though.
Vegetables peeled and chopped: 3 large potatoes, 1 onion and 3 carrots.
Spices: 1 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup coriander
What You Need to Make This Recipe

- Peeler for peeling
- Slow cooker to cook it all in.
That’s really all you need other than a cheese grater and cutting board.
