Tips On Making A Great Gluten Free Pie Crust

  1. Use quick oats or blend your whole oats first. Whole oats can lead to a base that’s more crumbly and doesn’t stick together well.
  2. You can make this pie crust dairy free by adding coconut oil. Make sure if you are using butter or coconut oil to let it go to room temperature or melt it first.
  3. I would not recommend baking this pie crust. It can go hard if it’s baked for too long, it’s best being a no bake pie crust.
