No Bake Gluten Free Pie Crust
Are you looking for a quick and simple no bake gluten free pie crust recipe? Look no further. This is a healthy recipe that works great for pie or cheesecake bases!

I’ve made this crust many times with my no bake chocolate kefir cheesecake. It’s so good! Let’s keep things simple and start with a few tips on how to make a perfect pie crust.
Tips On Making A Great Gluten Free Pie Crust

- Use quick oats or blend your whole oats first. Whole oats can lead to a base that’s more crumbly and doesn’t stick together well.
- You can make this pie crust dairy free by adding coconut oil. Make sure if you are using butter or coconut oil to let it go to room temperature or melt it first.
- I would not recommend baking this pie crust. It can go hard if it’s baked for too long, it’s best being a no bake pie crust.
Ingredients For Gluten Free Pie Crust

1 1/2 cups oats: You can use whole oats or quick oats. If you are using whole oats make sure to blend them first for a better texture.
1/2 cup tapioca flour: This helps bind everything together well and adds a nice texture to the crust.
1/3 cup butter: You will need softened or melted butter for this recipe.
1/3 cup rapadura sugar: I love the taste of this sugar it’s similar to brown sugar but healthier. You can use whatever sweetener you like.
1 tsp sea salt: Adds a little extra flavour and adds more minerals to the crust as well.
How To Make No Bake Pie Crust

- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor or if using quick oats, you can mix with your hands in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into your pie pan and pat down firmly until it looks the way you want.
- Refrigerate for a couple hours so the crust hardens and then add whatever you like on top!
