Supplies Needed

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil: I use a cold processed extra virgin olive oil so you get the full rich flavour.
  • 2 tbsp balsamic Vinegar: Use a good quality one as this gives the bulk of the flavour along with olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp honey or Maple Syrup: I use whatever I have on hand at the time. I love maple syrup taste in this recipe but honey is great too.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt: I love using sea salt or you can use himalayan salt as well
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp mustard: Dijon or American mustard both taste good with this recipe.

Equipment

Bowl: to pour all ingredients into.

Fork or whisk: To mix everything together.
